Under this project, under my leadership, a full cycle of the online store was carried out: the development of a concept, design, debugging of all business processes.
In parallel, I performed work related to the technical support of the basic pharmacy.

She has worked in the company since the establishment of PharmaTradeTechnologies, took part in the development of the technological concept of the enterprise, the creation and implementation of an information system, and the debugging of business processes.
Responsibilities:
1. Technical audit of information systems of client enterprises, formulation of recommendations for their modernization, reorganization, scaling. Drawing up and implementation of implementation projects. Approval of projects and estimates. Monitoring the timing of the execution of work and the supply of equipment.
2. Organization of the work of the technical support service - consulting and coordination of the activities of service engineers.
3. Selection of IT partners for outsourcing, organization and control of the provision of services and equipment supplies.
4. Formulation of technical specifications for the development (updating) of software systems. Testing and acceptance of improvements.
Achievements:
- with my direct participation, 54 enterprises were connected to the company's service.
- Completed all software developments that provide business processes for the provision of management services to retailers. On the basis of PC Apteka 2007, the Axiom system was created especially for our company, which implements the business idea of PharmaTrade.
- On the client side, prototypes of the most common business models have been implemented. The implementation mechanism has been tested, the performance metrics have been documented, and a team of highly qualified specialists has been created.
